Thomas Thorsen is the head of Human Capital at AmaZix. He is the founder of People Integrated and a member of the Global Consumer Practice, with more than eight years experience in executive search and leadership development. Thomas has extensive experience with family-run as well as equity-owned and publicly-listed companies — organizations of all sizes and ownership structures. He has operated across the entire consumer space with particular expertise in fast moving consumer goods, durables, fashion, retail and e-tail as well as consumer-related industries such as ingredients and packaging. Thomas is also an expert in disruptive technologies including blockchain, retail excellence, and digital transformation including AI.
