Raffaele Battaglini

Raffaele Battaglini is a qualified lawyer in Italy. Based in Turin, Italy where he has founded Battaglini-De Sabato Law Firm. He is member of the blockchain technical roundtable at San Marino Innovation S.p.A., member of the “Blockchain Technology and Smart Contracts” working group at European Law Institute and co-organiser of Legal Hackers Torino chapter. Raffaele advises companies and start-ups in innovation and internationalization projects with specific expertise in blockchain, smart contracts and ICOs. Raffaele holds a post-graduate LL.M. Master's degree in Innovation, Technology and the Law from the University of Edinburgh.
